The first few weeks were super rough. The joy of having a baby wore off as soon as Adam returned to work. I was crazy sleep deprived and with the slew of hormones coursing through my body, I thought I had officially gone crazy! I literally felt like I had lost my mind somewhere along the way. I couldn't sleep at night, although I was exhausted. When I did sleep, I was having nightmares. Most nights (when Adam was at work) I found my self sitting on the couch sobbing. Thankfully, my sisters and mom and mother-in-law are super awesome! Not only did they spend countless hours on the phone with me while I cried uncontrollably, most of them came to RI to help me gain back my sanity. I don't think I could have done it without them.
Enough with the sadness of the past. Let's move on to the bright future and a major picture overload.
