Let's do a quick update for those who actually read this blog.
Adam finished his French internship with a confections class. Lucky for me, he brought a lot of these tasty treats home.
Then Adam graduated. He was nominated to speak at the graduation ceremony (18 out of 22 students feel Adam is a good choice to represent them at graduation).
Adam came back to America, then started an academic term (not his favorite, or mine).
Now to answer the burning question everyone has asked. "How is it having Adam home?"
My response: "It's great, it's almost like he never left. It only took me two days before I started nagging him again".
Now for the few random adventures of us.
I got a massively large splinter in my pinky. It sucked, but it's better now. Maybe one day if you ask me to tell you the story, I will.
We have a new car, and she's officially a Rhode Islander now. It's great being a two car family.
We went to the Higgins Armory Museum in Worcester, MA. It was a good time.
Adam's brother Ben and his family came to RI for Easter weekend and it was fun. Yep, no pictures of them. Oops.
And, most importantly, my lovely friend made me new curtains for my house so I could surprise Adam with new home decor. Okay, really it was for me, but it was a better excuse to say I was doing it for him. If you had seen the previous stuff, you would realize what an improvement this is.
Oh! Let's not forget the worst news of all...
Adam shaved his beard off today. I'm pretty sad. See how he looks like a 12 year old.
Oh well, either way I like that handsome face.
Please explain the underwear. I hope someone bought that for a next year's White Elephant party, cuz "Ah wunt thaat."
